Resource Kit, NT4 & 2000 IIRC. I think it was eliminated in 2K3 Res Kit. Probably wanted people to forget about it while thy cooked up the fancy version for 2008/Vista :-)
And if anyone is thinking about it, the new one won't run on the older OS's. My XP box doesn't seem to have it by default, nor is it in the Support Tools.
