This I have already done (ForegroundLockTimeout).  Does not work in Windows 7.  
At least for me.

I dont think that there is - but AFAIK the registry tweak is the same across 
all versions of windows.

If its a mouseover issue, check this:

If you want to prevent any apps from stealing active window focus, try this 
registry hack, which does the same thing as the TweakUI option:

Have you tried the "Prevent applications from stealing focus" option in TweakUI 
?
