Yeah, Tivoli.

It's actually a really good piece of software. However, it's really
meant for an environment that is able to dedicate at least one FTE to
it, or at least give the person(s) responsible a good share of
training, neither of which we can really do.

The basic premise of the software is that you do a full backup of a
server just once, then incrementals forever, with a SQL database to
keep track of all of the files (several generations of each, plus
whatever archive tapes and copies of current data for offsite
storage.)

Good stuff, rock solid for us, but far too complex to manage in just
an hour or so per day, unless you're really skilled at it.
