We are currently leasing a Kyocera TASKalfa 250ci KX. At another location we have a TOSHIBA e-STUDIO2500c, which we've been pretty happy with as well. It does things that most other copiers/printers can't do and that is print on heavy paper, essentially cardstock. I don't know if the Toshiba can fax, but I'm pretty sure it can be added on. If you'd like I can put you in touch with my sales rep who can either put you in touch with someone in your area or put together a lease for you and deliver said printer/copier/scanner/fax. :-)
The Kyocera is nice in that it can scan to a network share or to email, and it has a nice web-based GUI that helps you configure things and keep up with the consumables. Looking for recommendations for a color laser MFP for a one-man financial- advisor type, needs more speed than he's getting out of his inkjet, plus the permanence of laser. He'll also be using it as a copier to replace his ~1500 copies/month that he's currently paying $150/month to his landlord for the use of a xerox machine. Anyone used the HP Color Laserjet 2320fxi?
