Good morning Ladies and Gents,

Ive got an end user on an inspiron 1750 with vista home sp2. She did an
update to an encryption program that we use called simplite(which I
didn't know about until after reboot.). And I shut dep off using this
command bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff .

When I rebooted the machine it blue screened on me and went into repair
mode. I have tried to repair this and even tried a restore but I keep
getting the Microsoft generic message about there is software or new
hardware installed.

When I go into safe mode it cycles through and gets to a crcdisk.sys
file and it blue screens and right back into the system repair. Any
ideas? I have never run across this before...

Regards,
