I would get a copy of the bootable VipreRescue and put it on a CD then hand it to the user and say "here you go. This will clean it this time." Or, as others have said, build an image of the drive so that when you have to rebuild it, you can just wipe the drive (to be safe) then re-image it. G4 L will allow you to make a disk image to a USB drive or something like that so that you can keep it around.
Or, if you really don't want to fool with them, find a reputable PC shop and refer the user to them. Hopefully they'll be courteous enough to refer some stuff back to you (although I wouldn't count on it.) John-AldrichTile-Tools From: David W.
