Yes the customisation was an issue for me. It's a shame as it is very quick to open and I prefer the default toolbar/button layout over Adobe Reader.

IMO any reason to use Foxit almost completely evaporated with the availability of Adobe Reader 9.x - Adobe Reader is a big target for the bad guys.
