According to information, it all goes back to http://www.telnetcom.us/ I'm wondering if this was some sort of routing problem on the 28th of October, but that's when everyone's emails failed to deliver. It seem to occur in the morning all the way through the afternoon on that day until things started working again. Not sure why everyone just now got the hold messages.
