True, but I would consider a 60GB SDD ($150) for the OS. Anyone remember RAM drives? You're literally putting the whole OS on one. Sorta.

My next mission to upgrade the server to SSDs for all the VMs except the WHS, and start upgrading all my machines. SSDs rock - booting Windows in <15 seconds, and opening Outlook in 2 seconds is just addictive.
