I've got a NSA 2400... On a global basis, for sure, not sure about on a per
user basis.

Forgot to ask one question. Can you create overrides so that users can go to
restricted sites without IT intervention?

Excellent. Thanks. I'm seriously considering replacing some aging Pixes with
an NSA 240. One of the draws is the content filtering which would also obviate
the need to renew my SmartFilter subscription, one year of which costs MORE
than the NSA 240 + CGGS for 3 years. Thanks for the feedback.

I use their "premium" content filtering. It works. I've integrated it with
LDAP. Seems to work fine. I also use the viewpoint server for reporting.
Gives me a decent rundown on who is going where, when and what they do.

I've been using a TZ190 for a little over two years now. No problems. My usage
for this model is a bit high (about a 100 users during typical business hours
and about 15-20 during all other shifts). I have the dual WAN ports out to
different ISPs and the failover feature works pretty well. I would like to see
better flexibility with the email alerts feature and Viewpoint software.

My first NSA something or other I had to RMA. My second unit also had to be
RMAed for a different issue. Their support was craptarded. That about sums up
my experience with Sonicwall. YMMV

I like Watchguard, never had to use their support though. (in over 10 years)

Does anyone have any bad experiences with SonicWall a TZ210 or NSA240 they'd
care to share? I'm doing some pre-evaluation before I actually get my hands on
them for testing.
