It's called "Remote Desktop Gateway" in 2008 R2. It was called "Terminal Services Gateway" in 2008 and you could use the "TS Web Access" feature to get the same type of web-based remote desktop functionality. You can also distribute custom RDP files to your users and do away with the web piece of it altogether.
