I'm into a thirty day trial of a webfilter 310. It's on a test network and I'm trying to get the AD agent working properly. The network has one 2008R2 domain (which Barracuda says is not yet supported). It seems to work if the windows firewall is not on, but even after opening the correct ports the AD names won't show. Any tricks? I talked to one of their techs on this yesterday and even he had a tough time. We eventually got it working, but then I tried turning the firewall back on with the open ports, but not go. And now I can't get it back to where it was. Must be something I'm missing.
