Is any of the AnalogX stuff still being made or maintained? It all
always seemed subpar in my experiences. Cool guy to make the stuff
free, but high quality it was not. If he only opensourced his stuff, a
lot of the tools could evolve into really cool creations.

It's freeware, but not open source, and I can't find out much
about it.
I tested that a while back. It used the clipboard to transfer the
files to
and from the remote server. It didn't work well for me and caused
some
issues with the clipboard in general. It was a while ago so i don't
remember
exactly what the issues were, sorry.
I ended up going with WtsFtp ( http://preview.tinyurl.com/y9wbdwa)
which
worked much better and seems to piggyback on the RDP connection
itself and
not the clipboard. The throttle feature was especially nice for
larger
files. It's not free but there is a 30 day trial that might get you
by.
