  You probably have private zones which the public DNS cannot see.

  Hopefully you've got one internal nameserver (or set of nameservers)
that is authoritative for all those private zones.  Configure all your
internal DNS clients -- including Windows servers which are DNS
clients -- to query through that nameserver.  Configure that
nameserver to forward queries to OpenDNS.

  If you've got multiple caching resolvers in your network, configure
them for selective forwarding (available in Win 2003 or later) to
forward the private zones to the internal nameservers, and everything
else to OpenDNS.
