Hi-

Correct you want to set the Accepted Domain to be an "Internal Relay" domain.
If your other domain is also hosted in both locations it should also be
internal relay.

I don't believe you are required to create a send connector here but I usually
do.

Thanks,

Subject: How to forward unresolved recipients to smart host

What it was very simple in Sbs 2003 with Exchange 2003 is much more difficult
in Exchange 2007

If I have a domain added to the default polycy with mailboxes hosted at the ISP
site should I set that domain as internal relay and not authoritative ? Do I
have to create another send connector ? And if also for the main domain
mailboxes are at the ISP site should I set as internal also the main one ?

Another question, if the domain was set as authoritative can be safely changed
as internal ?

TIA
