Remote Desktop or VNC in as a super user / admin and remove the profile from 
"My Computer"  ->Properties ->Advanced ->User Profiles. :-)

I know it's not as nice and neat as some other tweaks might be, but I, 
personally, don't know of anything that'll do what you want. That being said, 
there's a lot of tools/utilities I don't know about. :-)

So, we've let someone go, as you might infer from my earlier message.

Any good tool/script to remotely clean up the computer they were using
- remove their profile, not merely delete 'c:\documents and
settings\user', but get rid of the rest of their profile as well?

I'm feeling terribly lazy today, and don't want to walk to that machine.
