Well, I was interested in how it created a new user, and how it got admin permissions, but to cleanse the machine, we ran malwarebytes and gmer to completely get rid of it. No problems since, and it hit only one user.

One other point, it only affected the user profile. When I logged in as an administrator, there were no problems at all, and everything acted normally.
