They had one which would keep the focus on whatever window the mouse happened to be in. (It would also shift focus to whatever window the cursor was moved to - intentional or not.) I know they updated "TweekUI" and a couple of others to run in XP. Don't know if they'd work with Win7 (or even Vista) or not.
