yes, that is part of the cost consideration.  I already have available hardware 
and DIDs though.

Have you thought about using a 3rd party service for this? Not sure it’s the 
cheapest over the long term, but there are definitely benefits and I think all 
the services can do what you are looking for.

Hi Folks:

 

I'm looking for a system that can receive faxes, convert them to PDF format, 
and forward them to an end user (I'd somehow tie a direct number to the e-mail 
address).  I currently do this with our Toshiba voice mail system, but the load 
is getting too heavy and I'm looking for alternatives.

 

Only about 10 users, so nothing fancy or expensive needed (hopefully).

 

Suggestions?
