Uh, I think you need a better definition for your problem.

How do people attaching to your WLAN get their IP addresses? How do
you define your WLAN - SSID, encryption, authentication, etc.?

How do you expect people with wireless devices that aren't corporate
devices to connect - answer that, and you probably have most of the
answer to your question.

There are all sorts of technologies to help with this, from open
source to really expensive, including NAC, NAP, and all the rest.
