Well, if it’s any consolidation, (it may not be for you, but it was for me) a 
very, very , very teensy part of that was spent on 250,000 lapel pins, for 
which the order came right to my little manufacturing company here in 
Massachusetts… so, it kept American workers working for a couple of months J

Saw it was a slow day on the list and thought I’d vent a little.

 

Anyone else see this yet? Or think this number is astronomical for what they 
are trying to accomplish? I just keep thinking how many Head Start programs 
this could fund or arts programs could be re-instated with this kind of money. 
I agree that there should be public awareness of the census, but $300 million?
