Turns out I was just too impatient. It took 36 hours for the Version
Control Repository Manager to read the 4,018 files in the repository folder.
And I only told it to load Windows related support packs! Probably need to
go and remove the oldest support packs. It seems to have loaded 6 versions
for each Windows product (W2K, W2K3 x86 & x64, W2K8 x86 & x64 and W2K8 R2).

Thanks
