I have looked through most of them. I killed the EasyShare ones and the msfeedsync ones but left the rest. I haven't had any classes on 7 yet but it would be nice to have a notification that scheduled task xxx ran at 1:00 am and completed successfully then have the radio button to show in the future. That way I would be able to say that I knew the pc was updating at 1:00 am and it wasn't a rogue process accessing the internet... Does that make sense. I don't disagree it is a great place for it and gives me a place to look now that I know about it but something should be said someplace right???

Altho I have to say I like the fact that the OS (and things like antimalware) are using the task scheduler as a common dispatch point, rathter than processes running amok everywhere doing their own thing. -sc From: Don Guyer [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, January 21, 2010 11:37 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: Windows 7 Scheduled Task I just looked at mine for the first time.
