Posting an email that says "I'm trying to use tool <x> and I've set it up but I don't get the results I expect" is, unfortunately, usually not enough information to provide any sort of diagnosis. I've installed the application and setup the parameters for source and destination along with switches. However, when I select run I receive a message stating that Robocopy started at a certain time. I've checked the logs but have no entry. Does anyone known why Robocopy isn't working.
