Add/Remove Programs on the vCenter Server says "VMware Infrastructure
Update", so I guess I did install it. Don't recall whether I
configured it, so I guess I didn't.

In the VI client, I have no such tab, nor any plugins, whether on the
vCenter server, or remotely on my workstation.

So I'm guessing I need to configure it? Or install it as a plugin on
the vCenter server itself? Where do you download the plugins from?
