I guess I will find out on Saturday. Too be honest all I have been told at this point was customer does not want to reset the router and needs to add another device to the router. I don't want to touch existing machines if possible due to the lack of information. I am not real comfortable with people I don't know. The company I am working for on this told me they are a new customer for them and can give me no other information.
