I remember a few years back there was some good discussion on what file 
types/extensions to block from emails with regards to computer virus threats 
....

so I've got a small spin ...

I'm looking to see what extensions/file types folks are excluding from their 
AntiVirus software on-access and on-demand scanning
especially LARGE file type, that would cause conflict or performance problems 
like :

PST, LDB, LDF/MDF, MDB, DB, DBF , etc

So what file types would you exclude, and why ?
