We use ATConference here - no idea of the cost, but it seems to work well. The only glitch I've noted is that if you're sharing a presentation online (if you upload the presentation to ATConference), you can't use a remote pointer to click through the slides. I came across that because our monthly company meeting is done with some folks conferenced in as well as the local audience in the room watching the presentation on a projector.
