We have this set up for two 2003 TS servers (NLB).  We've found though that if 
one "dies", clients do not get automagically redirected, they get kicked off.  
If it's truly unresponsive upon reconnection they will get pointed at the other 
one.  It also will only load balance based on the load numbers you assign.  For 
example, 60% to one and 40% to another would split it up that way as best it 
could, but there is no guarantee.

Am I correct in thinking if I have two Terminal Servers it's pretty easy to set 
up a farm to get load balancing and redundancy - if one dies, the users are 
redirected to the good one and the biggest change is a performance hit?
