#1 - Those part numbers are specific to the reseller you're talking to. Strip off the "MBL-" and you will get Microsoft's SKUs.
#2 - I would find a way to work the user CALs for Server 08 R2 into your overall CAL scheme. My experience is that terminal servers work fine in ESX.
