I upgraded last week. It went smoothly enough, just like going from 11 to 12. All new agents so be prepared for reboots. Haven't done anything with the dedupe inclusion.
We're just backing up our Exchange infostore, the daily vRanger backups, and a couple other servers via the agents. Die dulci fruere!
