Flashblock is nice if you hate those stupid flash player ads. My favorite, though, is Speedial. I can have up to 9 'home' pages when FF opens. Plus, you can open any of the pages by pressing ctrl and number of the page. For example, if I'm on Cisco's site and I want to check with Hotmail, I just ctrl-5 to bring up the page. Pressing ctrl-sht-plus the number opens the page in a new tab.
