Yeah I read it but they all seem to be partially missing the scope.  The
Fed's have proven repeatly that they can not be trusted.  Several of the
"private companies" actually do a lot of work for the Fed's including
selling them software and doing the front end hiring for their IT people
both in country and out of country.

I hate to say this but we really need to make this an OT conversation.
