There are debates about privacy out there, but I also have found the free version to be very useful. I don't have any definite proof, but at least I get the feeling that having them filter out many known malicious sites is a nice addition to the overall defense in depth strategy we've taken with regard to malware.
The ability to administratively block particular domains without modifying your internal DNS is also a nice plus.
