I believe this applies to Windows 7 and the doc. Just has not been
updated.  There is no limit by default.  However, the article does not
say what the limit is if you enable it but I would assume 10 at that
point.

Anyone know how many concurrent connection are allowed on a windows 7
PC? I know in XP it was 10, just can't find any info on how many it is
in windows 7, also is it different based on the OS version, e.g. Pro,
Ultimate...
