Thank you for the calrity.

So configuring

1. Folder redirection. ( speed up logon )
2. Roaming Profiles.

Ddisabling offline files/ folders ( for roaming profile users) will NOT
affect the roaming profiles users logon times.

There is a business reason why they dont want majority of the users to have
access to offline files. :)

I will test it out in a LAB. :)
