Well, the Dell Mini is about $250 running Ubuntu Linux. Theoretically, you
might be able to find one used somewhere for less. Here's one on eBay that
is only going for a bit over $150: http://snipr.com/umshm

'Course it doesn't have an optical disk drive or a charger, but it's running
Windows XP Pro and you can surely buy a universal charger for under $50. J
Here's another running Ubuntu Linux that's completely refurbished:
http://snipr.com/umsj5 for $189

How large a screen?

You could try one of these:

hips-march-1/

runs android 1.6

I was hoping for something larger. Something similar to a netbook. (sorry,
should have specified)

Thanks,

Scott

I'm looking for a touchscreen device in the sub-$200 range. All it needs to
do is have a touchscreen, wifi & have a browser.

Does such a device exist? If so, can anyone supply a link?

Thanks!

Scott
