Want a simple manual way of doing this?

Use 'net share' on the source computer and redirect to a text file.
Massage that according to the data/directions in 'net help share' so
that you have a nice little batch file, then run that batch file on
the target server.

Dead simple, and unless you have a metric buttload of shares, it'll
take you about 5 minutes to do, in which case it'll take you less than
that, because you're smart enough to have l33t text processing skillz
with things like "cut -d ' ' -f2" and for/next.
