I mentioned CCProxy in another thread because I used it to implement white
lists of web sites at a couple of locations. What I can tell you about it from
my own experience is that for me it was pretty much 'set and forget'. I've
never had any trouble with it. I have it running at two offices of about 10
users each, so I don't know how it would handle a larger environment. It is
installed on a Windows 2003 STD server that is also a domain controller and
handles DNS, DHCP, and WSUS, and is the file server for the office as well as a
VIPRE Enterprise update server. Each machine is about 4 years old and has 2 GB
RAM.

Subject: CCProxy opinions

I am trying CCProxy in a win2k3 env and it looks good and simple to deploy. (I
need to deploy a corporate WAN default gateway through DHCP but I need tu use
the local Internet connection)

May I get opinions from other users ?
TIA
