A purchased copy of Vipre would do all drives. You might be able to use something like a BartPE if you have concerns that the server boot drive was infected as well but I would get SunBelt to assist with that kind of setup. One of the biggest reasons I keep asking for a Technicians bootable version of Vipre. I have faced this too many times with the boot drive infected as well as the data drive and one would reinfect the other.
