Hi All, We have setup Entourage for our boss to Exchange 2007. Now he can share his inbox, calendar, contacts with his secretary, so far so good. However, whenever the secretary or himself types afew characters of an address when composing a new mail, it gives addresses that are not in the Exchange global address list.
Our Exchange naming convention is Lastname, Firstname. Autocomplete gives various options as follows "Firstname Lastname", "Lastname Firstname" and "Lastname, Firstname". This is very irritating. Emails sent from internal users are displayed as "Firstname Lastname" even after changing the option in preferences to for Firstname to appear after Lastname. The feature is also disabled in preferences, Mail & News: Compose: Clear List button but nothing doing. Any help?
