I have a number of stations which sometimes fail to update. When I see this in the VIPRE control panel, I have been going to the station and stopping, then restarting the SBAM service. I'll have to try 'psexec \\computername net stop SBAMsvc' followed by a pause and then 'psexec \\computername net start SBAMsvc' next time I see this to see if I can jump start 'em remotely.
