PNAgent has also been renamed. Citrix NEVER intended the full PN client to be used the way that many people use it. It was designed for admins to use for troubleshooting Citrix farm issues. As I am sure you are aware, updating changes or additions to the full PN client is a complete PITA. Trying to make a change or changes or deletions or additions to the INI file for 1000s of network clients is not for the faint of heart. This is one of the leading causes of calls to Citrix support. Which is why Citrix removed it. Why load up support staff with extra work because admins are using a product in a way it was not intended. If you listen to Citrix marketing, the preferred client access methods are: Streaming Online Offline The preferred interface for all of this is the Web Interface - NOT - the full PN client. A Citrix employee has written a replacement for the full PN Client. I can find that for you if you can't.
