FWIW, I've been playing with the tech preview of XenApp 6 and it is a vast improvement. The installer alone makes life much easier. There is a lot of stuff Citrix should have addressed a long time ago (such as the citrix roles).
I'm also looking forward to playing with Dazzle and all the promised USB support. I can now start plotting to upgrade from Xen 5!
