I sat on hold for 1 hour between 2-3 yesterday and finally gave up and left a message to call me back. I received a call back at 8PM. Supports response is slightly different from the message that repeats over and over extolling how important your call is and we will be right with you as we understand that when you call you need support now! Needless to say the lack of a response while at the customers did not go over big with them and now they are contemplating switching to another vendor when their subscription expires.
