I have migrated a number 5GT's to the SSG models successfully. What I had to do is manually went through every line of code and changed the relevant values and it worked. (Mainly the interface) Connect your laptop to the firewall via serial cable and IP. Open up a connection to the firewall via serial port and setup logging - I use teraterm Load the config file via IP. Watch the config being loaded If it throws up errors you will see where the config file is failing and should help to identify what you missed.
