We have two 2610-24-PWR units.  The other day, one suddenly stopped
providing PoE.  Had to be rebooted to get it back.

  I opened a case with HP.  Told them the problem has only happened
once.  Gave them the "show tech all" log with my case.

  Their first reply states that they can't see a cause in the log, and
we have the latest firmware, and the next firmware release (in test)
does not address any issues like this.  They requested my mailing
address so they can overnight a replacement, in case it's a hardware
problem.

  This for an entry-level managed switch with no additional service contract.

  Someone needs to go tell HP's printer division that *this* is how
you keep customers.
