/disclaimer- I know next to nothing about vmware

We were having some annoying video issues with Vsphere client up to and
including complete lockups in our lab sandbox and we got this from our
vmware guy-

Right Click on Desktop - Properties - Screen Resolution - Advanced
settings - Properties - Driver tab - Update Driver - then browse to:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMware\Drivers\wddm_video

It changes the driver to VMWare SVGA 3D. After changing the driver,
shut it down and have vmware admin change the VRAM settings to
Autodetect

Sorry, more info:

vSphere 4 Client connecting either to VirtualCenter or the host directly

Window 7

The 3.5 client worked perfectly on the same machine.

Any having any visual issues with the Client? It's terrible slow to
redraw the GUI on my machine. I dread when I have to run it.
