Are you even reading what I'm writing?
When 2000 is installed in Internet Mail Only mode, MAPI is not
supported, and there are no MAPI profiles ("mail profiles", as that
document calls them). They simply don't exist.
Try it yourself if you don't believe me.
Outlook 2002 did away with the IMO/CW distinction, so this
limitation doesn't apply in newer Outlook releases.
