I haven't dealt with the HP flagged version but they (Lefthand) had a good name
in the business before they were sucked in to the HP fold.

We bought ours before the company was bought by HP - so ours are
running on Dell 2950s - it's a pair of 4tb raw units in HA mode.
They've given me no trouble, and are easy to manage. We're running out
of space, though, and I'm finding it hard to get the money for a new
one. The newer software (I haven't upgraded since they were installed)
looks really nice, but won't do much for us until we have a 3rd unit.
